1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 6sixe ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the services provided through the 6sixe website located at https://6sixe.io and any associated mobile-optimised versions of that site.

By accessing the 6sixe platform in any capacity — including browsing the site without registering — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and 6sixe.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The 6sixe platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and no exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for the individual user.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 6sixe, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or had an account closed by 6sixe for breach of these Terms.

6sixe reserves the right to request official identity documents — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — to verify the age and identity of any player at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 6sixe services, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address and mobile number.

Each individual may hold only one account on the 6sixe platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held on your account. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be reported to 6sixe support promptly. 6sixe is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account credentials — including your username and password — are personal and must not be shared with any third party. 6sixe will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify 6sixe support immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

6sixe accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla MFS), Upay (UCB), and direct bank transfers from accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also supported where available.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and VIP tier. Players at higher VIP tiers — Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite, and Royal — benefit from elevated deposit limits as detailed in the VIP Programme terms.

• All funds deposited into your 6sixe account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 6sixe does not apply transaction fees to standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply its own charges, for which 6sixe bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your 6sixe account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, contact 6sixe support with your transaction reference number.
• 6sixe reserves the right to reject any deposit that triggers an automated fraud or anti-money-laundering alert and to request supporting documentation before crediting the amount.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 6sixe account are available to fully verified accounts only. Verification requires completion of the identity check process, which involves submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and, where requested, proof of your registered address in Bangladesh.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Players at Diamond, Elite, and Royal VIP tiers benefit from priority processing with faster turnaround times.
• 6sixe reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to any withdrawal request it deems suspicious or where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the player's historical activity.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds must be completed before a withdrawal of the associated bonus balance is permitted. Real-money (non-bonus) balances may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification.
• Withdrawals that remain unclaimed or unprocessed due to inaccurate payment details provided by the player are the responsibility of the player. 6sixe will make reasonable efforts to contact the player but is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect withdrawal details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6sixe offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free bet credits, loyalty point multipliers tied to BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup events, and VIP-tier exclusive offers. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active will forfeit the existing bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live dealer games, table games, and virtual sports may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Modification of Promotions: 6sixe reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will have their participation honoured under the original terms where technically possible.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 6sixe platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or by live physical events in the case of live dealer games. 6sixe does not influence game outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — the affected round may be declared void and the bet amount returned to the player's balance. 6sixe's decision in such matters is final.

For cricket betting and other sports markets, bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or concluded under exceptional circumstances, 6sixe will apply the rules published for that specific market type at the time the bet was placed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6sixe platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit bonus offers.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool intended to disguise or misrepresent the player's true location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 6sixe staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6sixe platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the 6sixe brand name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6sixe or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 6sixe.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by 6sixe under licence. Players may not copy, extract, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any game content under any circumstances.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

6sixe collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6sixe uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account credentials are stored using secure hashing protocols. 6sixe does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or these Terms.

11 Responsible Gaming

6sixe is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across its entire player base. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players at no cost and with immediate effect upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately and can only be reduced during any active cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or permanent exclusion from the platform, activated immediately upon request with no approval delay required.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6sixe's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6sixe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm.

6sixe does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond 6sixe's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. 6sixe will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from service downtime.

13 Account Termination

6sixe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity detected on or connected to the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated inactive. 6sixe will make reasonable efforts to notify the player before any balance adjustment is applied to an inactive account.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, which may be submitted via live chat or email to [email protected].

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), 6sixe reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money balances held at the time of closure for cause will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and returned at 6sixe's discretion after deducting any amounts owed or in dispute.

14 Amendments to These Terms

6sixe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 6sixe will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — which may include a notice displayed on the platform, an email to the registered address, or a pop-up notification at next login.

Continued use of the 6sixe platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 6sixe arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the 6sixe support team.

6sixe's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, account actions, or these Terms shall be final and binding, subject only to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights. All dispute communications should be directed in writing to the contact details provided in Section 16 below.
